Do you have samples that I can see in person?
You sure can! Come and visit us at our new retail showroom located at 3434 Waialae Avenue #3 in Kaimuki! Our normal business hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12pm to 6pm. You can call or email us to schedule an appointment if you can't make it down during our normal business hours. We also have a Shop Toast display at The Wedding Café to view at your convenience.  Located at Ward Warehouse (1050 Ala Moana Blvd, #1650), The Wedding Café is open Monday through Saturday: 10am to 9pm and Sunday: 10am to 5pm.
Can I get a sample?
Our course! We have favor samples available for purchase at our retail showroom. Can't make it down there? No problem! We can send you a favor sample at the rate of an actual favor (plus shipping & handling).  Please email (store@toast-ed.com) or call us (808-447-9233) for more information.
Do you offer personal consultations?
Yes we do!  Come down to our showroom during our normal business hours, or you can email or call to schedule an appointment with one of the Shop Toast shopkeepers: Jeremy or Michelle.
Where do I get the order forms?  How do I get my order information to you?
All of our forms are in Adobe PDF format and can be downloaded online at the Shop Toast website.  We want to make your ordering as stress-free as possible so we’ve made all of our forms interactive.  Once you’ve completed the online order form, you can either email us a copy (store@toast-ed.com) or fax us a copy (808-447-9233).  If you would like us to walk you through the ordering process, please call us (808-447-9233) and we can take your information over the telephone.
Will I need to put down a deposit?
Yes.  A 50% deposit is due when you place your order to cover our initial material and filling costs.  The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon receiving your order.
Are there minimum and maximum limits on the amount of favors I can order?
We do not have a maximum limit on the amount of favors you can purchase but we do require minimum quantities, depending on the favor style ordered.  The SODA SNACK order minimum is 15 identical bottles.  LOVE FRUITS! order minimum is 25 identical fruits. MINI POP order minimum is 48 identical bottles.  HEART STUMP order minimum is 50 identical wood tubes. 
May I customize my order?
Of course!  We offer various customization options, ranging from the couple’s name, label color, personal message, button charm, and even favor filling.  Download our order forms to see which options are available for each favor.  Please note that additional fees may apply for customization beyond the standard options currently listed on the Shop Toast order forms.
Can you customize the favor label to match my invitation design?
We offer custom label design services at $50 per hour if you’d like to have a favor label/design that perfectly matches the theme, color scheme, and overall feel/tone of your event.  Please note that we will not produce exact replicas of your invitation design—doing so is not only disrespectful to the original designer but is also a violation of existing copyright laws.
Do you have a list of the candies/treats that are used for the favor filling? What if I want a special type of treat that you don't carry?
All of our filling options are listed on the order forms; these you can find at www.shoptoast.com.  You can contact us if you’d like a filling that is not listed on our order form.  Please note that additional fees may apply for customized fillings.
Can I purchase a filling on my own and drop it off to Shop Toast for assembly?
Sorry, all fillings must be purchased by Shop Toast to guarantee quality and freshness. Good news, we have arrangements with various manufacturers and distributors, so in most cases we are able to provide you fillings at lower costs than available to the public.
Does the favor packaging keep the filling [inside] fresh?  How long will it keep?
We will package your favors about a week before your order due date.  All of our favor fillings have a shelf life of approximately 1 to 1-1/2 months after you receive your order.
Do you need a bottle opener to open the SODA SNACK and MINI POP favors?
Our SODA SNACK favors have a twist off cap, so you can reclose them if you can't finish the treats in one sitting. However, our MINI POP favors will require a bottle opener - but they're so cute, you may never open them!
Can I purchase the favor supplies and assemble them myself?
All Shop Toast favors, except for our HEART STUMP line, are only sold fully assembled to assure top-tier quality.  DIY (“Do-It-Yourself”) unassembled kits are not available for purchase. Only our HEART STUMP line is available empty, so you can fill them with whatever treats you want. We'll provide the raffia ribbon so you can seal the HEART STUMPS after they're filled.
Do you offer any type of discounts?
We offer a bulk discount of 10% for all orders over 100 identical pieces.  We also offer specials throughout the year which are sent to subscribers of our mailing list or attendees of the "Reception Ideas" workshop hosted by The Wedding Cafe each year.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a 4 week lead time for each order.  However, we kindly ask that orders over 100 pieces be placed at least 6 weeks before delivery date.  Shorter time frames can be accommodated, but may incur rush fees.
Can you rush my order?
You may request a rush order with completion being 7-10 business days from the date the final favor label proof is approved by you.  Rush fees are 18% of the invoice total.
I’ve placed my order with Shop Toast.  What’s the next step?
We’ll begin work on your personalized favor labels once we receive your order information.  A color Adobe PDF or hardcopy proof will be provided for your approval usually within 3-5 business days; one label revision is included with each order.  Once we receive your approval on the favor label design, we will begin assembling your order.
What can I expect when I receive my order?
Your order will arrive fully assembled and ready for transport (except for our HEART STUMP line, if you choose to purchase them empty).  Favors are packed securely in corrugated boxes to ensure safe and easy transportation to your home or event site.
When the favors are done, do you deliver or do we pick it up?
We offer a few options. We can deliver it to you on Oahu from Monday through Saturday (11am – 5pm) for a flat rate of $20 per order.  You can also pick up your orders directly from our showroom during our normal business hours to avoid delivery charges. Or you can pick up your order from The Wedding Cafe (no delivery charge).
My event is on the mainland. Can you ship my order?
Sure! We can securely pack and ship your order via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please contact us when you are placing your order so we can work on a shipping quote for you. Tip: Place your order at least 6-8 weeks before your due date to avoid any expedited shipping charges...and to avoid any headaches.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check, made payable to “Shop Toast.”  Payments can be sent to our mailing address: PO Box 2744; Honolulu, Hawaii 96803.  There is a $35 service fee on all returned checks.
We now also accept credit card payments!  You can either make your payment at our showroom, call with your credit card information, or we can email you a Paypal invoice which you can pay online.  Please note that there is a 3% transaction fee assessed when completing a payment with a credit card, either over the phone or through Paypal.
